Answer textA preorder is our way of giving early access to premium items that will go quickly. These items do not ship until their release. These may be canceled free of charge by emailing support@kryptonitecharacterstore.com
Billing & Shipping
What forms of payment are accepted, and when am I billed?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal, and installment plans such as Klarna and Afterpay. You will be charged at point of purchase, and for payment plans you will be charged 1/4 at point of purchase.
What shipping options are available in the continental?
All orders in the continental USA ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, unless requested otherwise.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Where can you ship?
We can ship to a P.O. box, particular foreign countries, and all 50 states. We will notify you upon shipping if your address is not valid, so please leave a phone number.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Returns
Can I return my product?
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
What is the turnaround on returns?
Returns via USPS will take between 7-10 days to fully process your refund or exchange.
How do I get a return label?
For our store directly, visit our Returns and Refunds portal. For Walmart, Amazon, or Ebay - visit the format you purchased through.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! Returns need to fit our policies, such as unopened items, undamaged items, and unworn apparel.
What is your policy on damaged items?
If you receive a defective item, please reference our return label FAQ, and return it with a note, or send us an email at support@kryptonitecharacterstore.com
