Returning Online orders by mail

Using your provided order number (via email), use our self-serve portal Return

Fill out all necessary forms such as Zip Code, Order Number (between 4-7 digits), and reason for return. Don't worry though, we ask why to improve ourselves. You will be granted a free return label no matter what.

When using an in-direct seller such as Walmart, Ebay, Facebook, or Amazon, please return through these sellers. You will be granted a refund and label immediately.

The turn around time for our store directly is between 5-7 business days, given delivery is on time.

Please be aware: a 15% restocking fee will be kept for any buyer-based returns. This decision is at the discretion of the store.



Returning in store

If you get the lucky experience of visiting our one & only store, at The Island in Pigeon Forge, you may come across damaged items for a discounted price. These can not be exchanged. 

In store, you have 30 days after the purchase for returns and exchanges. 

You are required to bring the receipt of the purchase with you.

Due to our easy online refund policy, we typically do not give straight exchanges. We encourage you to reorder, as we will keep your specific order in mind when we re-ship.


 Merchandise Exceptions


Beauty: Makeup / Fragrance - All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Candy and any other consumable products - All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Clearance - All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Clothing - Apparel needs to be on unused condition with tags. We will not take any return if clothing on used condition.
Collectibles: Blind Merchandise - All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless unopened.
Collectibles: Funko - If you are attempting to exchange or return a Funko POP! Figure, here are some things you need to know. POP! Figures are mass-produced. As a result, variations occur during the manufacturing process. These variations can include creases, tears, or scuff marks on the packaging. While we wish everyone could receive a pristine box, it isn’t always the case. Kryptonite policy states that a box flaw is not considered a true defect as long as the POP! Figure itself is unaffected.
Collectibles: High End ($100+ retail) - Can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase (in-store) and 7 days of receiving item (online).
Electronics - Cannot be returned if opened.
Fashion Masks, Face Masks, Bandanas - All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift Cards - Cannot be returned.
Halloween - All Halloween costumes and costume-related items purchased on Kryptonite are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Intimates - All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shoes - Returns and exchanges are accepted only via mail.
Swim - All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Each return's payment turnaround is 7 business days. Depending on your bank's policy this may be longer.

Shipping will not be refunded, as this comes from us directly and is typically doubled during returns process.
