We ship same-day orders till 11 am. At the weekends we are not doing shipping, so if you order any products after 11 am on Friday, we will send them on Monday.
On the shipping method section, the carriers offer options and on every option, you will see estimated arrival time by days. The arrival times are changed between your location and our location, and also they are estimations. They are estimations by carriers, so we are taking responsibility for delivery time. On the chart below you can see which options the carriers can be guaranteed or not:

Before you would like to claim the product not delivered to you:
In case of failure to receive your order because of the address mistakes; before we give you a full refund we will wait until the products are returned to us.
If your order has not arrived, but when you check it with your tracking number it looks like it was delivered to you:
1. Check your locker,
2. Ask your neighbors,
3. Ask your post office,
4. Wait at least 3 more days
If you still do not get a solution after doing all these, you can contact us. We would like to point out that we are not responsible for your products delivered to your lockers or found in the post office for any reason.
